Any activity conducted through your account is deemed to have been authorized by you unless you have notified saggili of unauthorized access in writing without undue delay.
KYC verification is mandatory for all withdrawal requests. Acceptable identification documents include valid Philippine government-issued IDs such as a Passport, SSS card, PhilHealth card, Driver's License, or UMID card, together with proof of the payment method used for deposits.
All transactions on the saggili platform are denominated in Philippine Pesos (PHP / ₱). saggili accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and cryptocurrency, subject to any minimum or maximum limits communicated on the payments page.
The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawal requests submitted through GCash or PayMaya are ordinarily processed within thirty (30) minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one (1) to three (3) business hours. saggili reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending identity verification, risk assessment, or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity. Funds derived from bonus winnings are subject to applicable wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Deposits that have not been wagered at least once may be subject to an administration fee prior to refund.

All content on the saggili platform — including but not limited to the saggili brand name, logo, website design, software, game assets, graphics, text, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of saggili or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws of the Republic of the Philippines and international treaties.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the saggili platform for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit reproduction, modification, distribution, or commercial exploitation of any saggili content without prior written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, saggili's total aggregate liability to any player arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the saggili platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
saggili shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of anticipated winnings, arising from platform use, technical errors, or third-party service failures.
saggili makes no warranty that the platform will be available without interruption, free of errors, or free of malicious code. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

Upon closure of an account for reasons other than breach or regulatory investigation, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the player's registered payment method within a reasonable period, subject to applicable KYC completion.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the saggili platform.
In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome, bonus calculation, or transaction, the Player must submit a written complaint to saggili's support team within thirty (30) days of the disputed event. saggili will investigate and provide a substantive written response within fourteen (14) days of receipt of the complaint. All determinations by saggili on game and transaction disputes are final and binding, subject to regulatory oversight by PAGCOR.
