5 Legal Basis for Processing

saggili processes your personal data on the following legal bases under the DPA and its IRR:

• Contractual necessity: Processing required to provide the saggili gaming services you have registered for, including account management, deposits, withdrawals, and gameplay.
• Legal obligation: Processing required to comply with KYC, AML, PAGCOR licensing conditions, and NPC data protection requirements.

6 Data Sharing and Disclosure

• Payment processors: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment service providers receive financial data necessary to process your transactions.

7 International Data Transfers

Certain saggili service providers, including game software providers and cloud infrastructure operators, may be located outside the Philippines. Where personal data is transferred to processors in other jurisdictions, saggili ensures that equivalent data protection standards are in place through contractual clauses approved by the NPC or other appropriate safeguards.

saggili does not transfer personal data to jurisdictions that do not provide an adequate level of data protection without first implementing appropriate safeguards and, where required, obtaining NPC approval for such transfers.

8 Data Retention

saggili retains personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by applicable Philippine law. Specific retention periods include:

• Account and transaction records: five (5) years from account closure, as required under AMLA and PAGCOR licensing conditions.
• KYC documents: five (5) years from account closure or the last transaction, whichever is later.
• Customer support communication records: three (3) years from the date of the last interaction.
• Technical and usage data (logs): twelve (12) months on a rolling basis.
• Marketing consent records: until consent is withdrawn, plus a reasonable period thereafter for compliance verification.

Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, saggili will securely delete or anonymise your personal data such that it can no longer be attributed to you.

9 Cookies and Tracking Technologies

saggili uses the following categories of cookies and similar technologies on saggili.app:

11 Security Measures

saggili implements appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss, destruction, or alteration. These measures include, without limitation:

• 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption for all data transmitted between your device and saggili's servers.
• Encrypted storage for sensitive personal data including KYC documents and financial records.
• Strict role-based access controls limiting staff access to personal data on a need-to-know basis.
• Regular security audits, vulnerability assessments, and penetration testing of saggili's platform infrastructure.
• Multi-factor authentication requirements for all saggili administrative systems.

In the event of a personal data breach that is likely to adversely affect your rights and freedoms, saggili will notify the NPC and affected players in accordance with the breach notification requirements of the DPA and its IRR.

12 Children and Minors

saggili does not knowingly collect personal data from persons under the age of twenty-one (21). The saggili platform is strictly for adult users aged 21 and over, in compliance with PAGCOR regulations governing online casino gaming in the Philippines.

Age verification is performed during the account registration process and as part of KYC procedures. If saggili becomes aware that a player under the age of 21 has opened an account or provided personal data, the account will be immediately closed, all funds returned, and the personal data deleted without undue delay.
